Off-Season Gains at StepOut Group Fitness

With the cooler months approaching it is encouraging to see the young athletes of Toombul refocusing there goals and beginning to lay down the solid strength platform for the upcoming 2018/19 season. A successful Lord Taverners season has given these premiership winners a taste of what success takes and encouragingly they are well adept at rising to the challenge. Not to mention the attitude of these gentlemen has sparked a drive from some of our senior playing squad to refocus and join in the training program.

With official pre-season still a while away it is great to be able to stay fit and active through StepOut Group Fitness. Run by our Head Coach Andrew Pilgrim the gym offers Group Sessions, Online Programs and Personal Training catering to all levels of fitness. Many of our members have differing goals for both personal development and athletic performance all of which can be catered for at StepOut.
